White Israeli Journey - 2018

A portion of the Grenache Blanc & Roussanne was fermented in 500 liter barrels
  • Dry white wine
  • Grenache Blanc from the Upper Galilee, Roussanne & Viognier from Ella Valley, Colombard & Gewurztraminer from Binyamina .
  • Aromatic & refreshing. The aromas include citrus, green apple and floral notes. The taste shows good balance between fruit & acidity with flavors of summer fruits, a flowery nature and an underlying minerality. An excellent food wine.
  • To be drunk 1-2 years after the vintage.

Massa Israeli («Voyage d’Israël») Blanc - 2020

Une partie du Grenache blanc et de la Roussane ont fermenté en barriques de 500 litres.
  • Vin blanc sec
  • Grenache blanc de Haute Galilée, Roussane et Viognier de la Vallée d’Ella, Colombard et Gewurztraminer de la région de Binyamina.
  • Aromatique, gourmand et rafraîchissant, arômes d’agrumes, d’ananas, de pomme verte aux notes florales. En bouche, les goûts de fruits d’été et de fleurs sont équilibrés et rafraîchissant, et une minéralité certaine en fait un vin d’accompagnement culinaire.
  • A boire 1 ou 2 ans suivant l’année de millésime.
